Some things you will be able to see and others you will need to request for maintenance records. This list is a very simplified version of what’s done during an inspection. I have simplified the process so that just about anyone can do this.

Things to look at are the roof, the furnace and air conditioning, the basement walls, plumbing, and electrical.
